Community Residential Care Facility Administrator (CRCF Administrator)  

Responsibilities:  The CRCF Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of the CRCF facilities which includes the supervision of personnel and administrative management functions, as well as the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of activities and programs for the individuals living in the CRCF. CRCF Administrator will have Supporting Staff to include a Lead Direct Support to handle household supplies, groceries, and any necessities, and a Coordinator Assistant to handle all medical appointments, plans, and needs of consumers, and a CRCF Assistant to manage staff scheduling/coverage, leave approvals, evaluations, etc.

Requirements:   Once hired, begin the process of obtaining a CRCF Administrator’s license from the State of SC. Preferred experience in management and supervision.

Work Schedule:  Primarily first shift, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5pm, some alternate shift work as needed.

Salary:  $34,450.65

Coordinator Assistant

Responsibilities:  Coordinates medical care, to include scheduling of appointments and the implementation of physician’s orders, and ensuring that staff are properly administering medications and documenting correctly.  Maintain accurate financial records for consumer funds.  Assist the CTH II Coordinator with staff work schedules and provide shift coverage as needed.  Monitor active treatment programs and necessary documentation for accuracy and effectiveness.

Education:  High School diploma and one year experience in the field of developmental disabilities, or an Associate’s Degree and one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field. Preferred experience in medical field.

Work Schedule:  40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm

Entry Level:   $11.22 per hour
