Community Residential Care Facility Administrator (CRCF Administrator)  

Responsibilities:  The CRCF Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of the CRCF facilities which includes the supervision of personnel and administrative management functions, as well as the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of activities and programs for the individuals living in the CRCF.

Requirements:  Must possess a CRCF Administrator’s license from the State of SC, and a valid SC Driver’s License. Preferred experience in management and supervision.

Work Schedule:  Primarily first shift, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5pm. Twenty-four (24) hour on-call responsibility. Hours may be flexed as needed to accomplish job responsibilities.

Salary:  $34,450.65

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:  Under limited supervision of the Finance Director, the Staff Accountant performs monthly analysis for the Board and the HUD in an accurate and timely manner, assists the Finance Director in the preparation of financial analysis, assists in preparing yearly budgets, analyzes the general ledger accounts, and reconciles various accounts.

Requirements:  Five years of experience in accounting or Associates Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 2 years experience in accounting, or Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.  Very proficient in Excel.

Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Entry Level Salary:  $14.79 per hour

COMMUNITY TRAINING HOME II COORDINATOR (CTH II Coordinator) – 2 positions available

Responsibilities:  Implementing consumer’s training programs, assessing consumer skills and abilities, completing residential reports, arranging and/or transporting consumers to appointments, supervising staff, and 24-hour on-call responsibilities.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, 1-year experience in the field of intellectual or related disabilities, must be at least 21 years of age, valid SC driver’s license.  Management experience preferred.

Intermediate Care Facility Coordinator (ICF Coordinator)

Duties Include:  Responsible for managing an Intermediate Care Facility, Community Training Home, and supervision of staff.  Responsible for the consumer programming, to include but not limited to; assessments, program objectives and related residential reports, and maintaining license with DHEC.

Education:  Requirements include at least a Bachelors degree in one of the following professional categories:  Human services, Occupational therapy, Occupational or Physical therapy, Psychology, Sociology, Recreation, Dietetics, Special Education, Rehabilitation counseling and no less than one year experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Previous management experience preferred.
