Community Residential Care Facility Administrator (CRCF Administrator)  

Responsibilities:  The CRCF Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of the CRCF facilities which includes the supervision of personnel and administrative management functions, as well as the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of activities and programs for the individuals living in the CRCF. CRCF Administrator will have Supporting Staff to include a Lead Direct Support to handle household supplies, groceries, and any necessities, and a Coordinator Assistant to handle all medical appointments, plans, and needs of consumers, and a CRCF Assistant to manage staff scheduling/coverage, leave approvals, evaluations, etc.

Requirements:   Once hired, begin the process of obtaining a CRCF Administrator’s license from the State of SC.  This process for obtaining a license is Agency funded.  Educational requirements include at least an associates degree or higher, or a licensed practical nurse (LPN).  Preferred experience in management and supervision.

Work Schedule:  Primarily first shift, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5pm, some alternate shift work as needed.

Salary:  $34,450.65

Direct Support Staff (full time)

  • Oak Grove – Lead Direct Support, 2nd shift, 40 hours per week, $10.62 per hour
  • South Harper – 3rd shift, 40 hours per week (posted 7/15/16 – 7/22/16)
  • East Main – Lead Direct Support, 2nd shift, 40 hours per week, $10.62 per hour (posted 7/15/16 – 7/22/16)
  • Day Program – 1st shift, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.  May work at any of the 3 Day Program Facilities and have one to one accountability with an individual served by the agency. (posted 7/22/16 – 7/29/16)

Direct Support Staff (part time weekends)

  • Weekend /1st shift / Sat & Sun
    • Davidson – 24 hours total when working the weekend, rotate weekends available in schedule, 7am – 7pm
    • Laurens – 16 hours total, 8am – 4pm, one to one accountability
    • Ferguson – 16 hours total, 730am – 330pm
    • Wilson – 8 hours total, every other weekend, 730am – 330pm
  • Weekend /2nd shift/Sat & Sun
    • Laurens – 16 hours total, 4pm – 12am

    • Mill – 24 hours total when working the weekend, rotate weekends available in schedule, 7pm – 7am
