Residential Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:  Under the general direction of the Residential Director the Administrative Assistant assists with the monitoring all of LCDSNB residential programs and assist with Quality Assurance functions of the agency.

  1. Creates, processes, and tracks residential supply order. Maintains records of orders and inventory and follows up with vendors on shipments and delivery. Requires strong verbal communication organizational, and time management skills.
  2. Maintains Therap when a consumer is discharged or admitted to the agency.
  3. Provide general administrative and clerical support (spread sheets, DHEC plan of corrections, Alliant follow-ups with residential mangers) etc.
  4. Provides administrative support to the Quality Assurance Committee (taking minutes, follow-up with committee members, emails information to team members.
  5. Draft minutes of residential meetings for review by Residential Director.
  6. Assist Residential Director with LCDSNB board reports, monitoring and filing area residential reports.
  7. Complete vacancy report and forward to SCDDSN by the fifth of each month.
  8. Completes DHEC Licensing renewal application for all eight bed facilities.
  9. Tracks and maintains all inspections for LCDSNB residential programs.
  10. Monitors and tracks residential progress notes.
  11. Order office supplies and other needed supplies for residential services.

Requirements: High School Diploma and 2 years in a clerical position. Preferred experience should include clerical duties (word processing, spreadsheets, email, and databases)

Work Schedule:  Primarily 1st, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay rate: $10.54 per hour

Evergreen Campus Manager

Responsibilities: Under general supervision of the Sinclair Day Center Director this position sets up and implements activity programs for people with disabilities.  Additionally this person will assist with the design of and supervision of employment training and work opportunities for people supported by the Agency.

Requirements: High school degree with 3 or more years of management experience or an Associate’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of management experience.

Work Schedule:  Primarily 1st, Monday – Friday.

Salary: $31,696.70
