Adult Day Services
The LCDSNB operates Evergreen Skills Work Activity Center. Evergreen Skills provides the adult population with training, independent living skills, vocational and prevocational skills. Individuals learn work skills in a work environment.

Work Shop  WORKSHOP
Work Activity Program where persons with developmental challenges are trained in useful work skills and other areas. By partnering with business and industry, work opportunities are made available and valuable services are provided to the business community. Individuals served are able to gain skills while earning money.

 MOBILE WORK CREW
The Mobile Work Crew is an employment program that provides a short term, onsite labor force to a business or individual. This crew can move from site to site providing a variety of services.

All pay roll and personnel matters are handled by Evergreen Skills
Workman's Compensation coverage provided by Evergreen Skills

ENCLAVE
An Enclave is an employment program located on site in a local business or industry. Persons with developmental challenges are provided an integrated work setting and paid according to production or an hourly rate dependent on the terms of the contract with the business.

Supported Employment is an employment service providing part-time and full-time employees to businesses and industries.

Assist with on site training and retraining at no cost to company
Ongoing monitoring, support and training of all placements
Tax incentives where applicable
Coordinate counseling support and other assistance necessary for success
Ongoing communication to guarantee employer satisfaction
