Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)

  • Provides 24 hour care and supervision
  • Provides training to improve self-help skills
  • Provides behavioral intervention
  • Provides recreation and social activates
  • Dietary services to ensure proper nutrition
  • Provides occupational and physical therapy as needed
  • 24 hour nursing services
  • Annual inspection completed by DHEC

Community Residential Care Facility (CRCF)

  • CRCF’s are located in neighborhoods throughout Laurens County
  • Private rooms
  • Provide 24 hour care and staff assistance
  • Provide training to improve daily living skills
  • Medical supports
  • Good nutrition
  • Offers recreational activities
  • DHEC completes annual licensing inspection

Community Training Homes (CTH II)

  • Community Training Home II’s offer 24 hour staff assistance
  • Training on self-help skills to be more independent
  • Provide good nutrition
  • Provide medical support
  • Offers recreation and social activities

Supervised Living Program II (SLP II)
