Community Residential Care Facility Manager

Responsibilities:  The CRCF Manager is responsible for the overall operation of a facility which includes the supervision of personnel and administrative management functions, as well as the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of activities and programs for the individuals living in the facility. The CRCF Manager will have Supporting Staff to include a Lead Direct Support to handle household supplies, groceries, and any necessities, and a Coordinator Assistant to handle all medical appointments, plans, and needs of consumers.

Requirements:  Associate degree or higher, or a licensed practical nurse (LPN). At least one year experience in working with disabilities.  Preferred experience in management.

Work Schedule:  Primarily first shift, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5pm, some alternate times of work as needed, but can be flexible.

Annual Salary:  $33,196.80
